PLAN YOUR TRIP
At Kumankaya, we hold ceremonies 4 nights a week (Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri). To receive a master plant dieta, a minimum 10-night stay (6 ceremonies) is required. Shorter stays (3 nights minimum which include 2 ceremonies) are healing experiences referred to as "Ayahuasca Diet/Retreats". Apprenticeship diets (3-12 months) can be done in residential or social format. Private retreats, private ceremonies, and spiritual weddings are also available for booking.
We ask guests to arrive on a non-ceremony day, Sunday or Wednesday so you can settle in the evening before your first ceremony. Days are calculated by number of nights stayed at the center, day of departure is not included in length of stay.
When booking, guests will be asked to give a non-refundable $500 USD deposit to confirm their reservation. This amount will be deducted from the overall balance. Upon arrival, guests are asked to pay the remaining balance in CASH or Bitcoin. We accept either pesos, US dollars, euros. The Mexican exchange rate used at Kumankaya is 18 for USD or 21 for Euros. We also accept credit/debit cards (with an additional fee) for all in store purchases.

Types of Diets
AYAHUASCA DIET/RETREAT
3-9 Nights
This is a healing experience available for shorter retreats, a minimum of 3 nights and 2 ceremonies. If a guest is at Kumankaya for less than 10-days, they will receive an Ayahuasca healing experience. We think of Ayahuasca as the general doctor, and by taking the plant during the ceremony, the participant will receive healings, teachings, insights, and develop a meaningful connection to the spirit of the plant.
MASTER PLANT DIETS
10 Nights or More
This is a healing experience available for longer retreats. If a guest is at Kumankaya for 10 days or more, they will receive a Master Plant Diet. The Master Plants are considered more the specialists brought into one's healing. A Master Plant Diet is a deeper immersion healing experience where one discovers the root of one's suffering and develops tools to learn how to heal those issues.
APPRENTICESHIP DIETS
3-12 Months
Apprenticeships diets are for longer more immersive healing and learning experiences, spanning 3-12 months. These can be done in a social format, where you stay at the center for part of your diet, or residential where you stay for the duration of your diet. Requirements vary, but it is required that the dieter have previous experience dieting. Please read more at the button below before booking:

Transportation Costs
Transportation to Kumankaya is NOT included in the overall price. It is additional. The price applies for first passenger. For EACH additional passenger, it is $25 USD extra. The price per car is split evenly amongst the passengers. Extra stops / extra errands are $10 USD per stop/errand.
We ask guests to arrive on a non-ceremony day, Sunday or Wednesday. Also, please arrive in Cancun NO LATER than 3 pm or Tulum NO LATER than 5pm or we will need to schedule pick up for the following day. Also, check the new Tulum International Airport as a travel option!
We provide transportation from Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, Tulum, & Felipe Carrillo Puerto.
1). Private car pick up from Cancun to Kumankaya. 1 way, 3.5 hours. 3500 pesos or $195 USD.
2.) Private car pick up from Playa del Carmen to Kumankaya, 1 way, 2 ½ hour drive, 2500 pesos or $140 USD.
3). Private car pick up from Tulum to Kumankaya, 1 way, 2-hour drive, 1500 pesos or $85 USD.
4). Private car pick up from Felipe Carrillo Puerto to Kumankaya, 1 way, 1-hour drive, 500 pesos or $35 USD.
Traditional Mayan Massages
Every Wednesday and Saturday, we invite a Mayan Masseuse to Kumankaya. It is optional, but if you are interested in receiving massages at Kumankaya, the prices are:
50 Min. Relaxation: 550 pesos or $32 USD
50 Min. Deep Tissue: 600 pesos or $35 USD
50 Min. Combination: 600 pesos or $35 USD
80 Min. Relaxation: 980 pesos or $55 USD
80 Min. Deep Tissue: 1200 pesos or $65 USD

Example 10-Night Retreat Pricing
Pricing for a 10-night stay in private room/shared bathroom, with a couple of options, would be calculated as follows:
10 night x $180 = $1800 USD
2 x 50-minute Combination Massage = $70 USD
Transportation from and to Cancun Airport = $390 ($195 each way)
Total = $2260 USD

REMOTE SONGS
Remote songs are when Remi or Ashley sing a song for you during ceremony, record it, & send to you the next day.
Price: Donation based, suggested $50 per song
PRIVATE CEREMONY
A private ceremony is held on an off-ceremony day, such as a Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday. Only the healer(s), facilitator and guest will be in the ceremony. The guest will receive 5-6 personal healing icaros.
Price: $800 USD
SPIRITUAL WEDDINGS:
A spiritual wedding is a very special event that is conducted during a regular ceremony. Additional formalities are included for the couple and event. The couple will enter the ceremonial space together, stand before Remi and receive the matrimonial blessings, drink the medicine together, sit together during the ceremony, and receive the first icaro, which will be a matrimonial binding song.
